Order before 12 PM (Mon–Thu) for next-day delivery.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Signature Requirement:
Depending on the courier, your package may require a signature upon delivery.
What Happens If You Miss the Delivery?
The courier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection. Additional charges may apply for redelivery if the parcel is returned.
Parcel Rejection and Refund Policy:
Delivery charges are non-refundable if you reject the parcel.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday excluding holidays). Orders placed before 12 PM GMT are processed the same day.
Weekend orders will be processed on the next business day.
Holiday Shipping Notice
- Please allow an extra 3–5 business days during peak seasons.
- Christmas delivery cut-off dates will be announced in November.
- Tracking updates may be delayed during busy periods.
Customs duties and taxes may be applied by your destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included at checkout.
Customs fees may be requested before delivery or at delivery.
Fozia Arif is not responsible for customs delays or charges imposed by local authorities.
If a parcel is returned due to refusal to pay customs fees, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
