📦 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed before 12 PM GMT are processed the same day.
Weekend orders will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons (November-January):

- Last order dates for Christmas delivery will be announced in November

Refusal to Pay Customs Fees
Fozia Arif is not responsible if the customer refuses to pay the customs duties or taxes imposed by their country. If a parcel is returned to Fozia Arif due to the customer's refusal to pay these fees, any charges incurred, including return shipping costs, will be deducted from any refund issued.
Gift Declaration
Please note that we cannot declare any purchases as gifts. Doing so would violate the laws and regulations of the destination country. All items will be declared as purchased goods.
