Eligibility Requirements
- Request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be in original condition:
- Unworn, unwashed
- All tags attached
- No stains or damage
Return Process
- Email admin@foziaarif.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos if claiming damage
- We'll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Ship items back using tracked service (your cost)
Exchange Options
- Available if item is in stock when we process your return
- You'll pay:
- £4.75 for standard delivery
- £8.00 for next-day delivery
- If unavailable, we'll issue a refund minus return shipping
Refund Details
- Processed within 7 business days after inspection
- Issued to original payment method
- Excludes original shipping costs

- Photos of packaging
- Order number
- We'll provide a prepaid return label for faulty items

- Full refund (including original shipping)
- Replacement if available
- Exchange for another item
No Exceptions Policy
- Absolutely no returns/exchanges under any circumstances
- If returned:
- Item will be reshipped to you
- You must pay return shipping costs
- Please choose carefully - these items are discounted for clearance
